The form is Stripe's own
The card fields on the payment page are served by Stripe inside the page. What you type goes straight to Stripe. Card numbers are never sent to Keyhalt's servers and are never stored here.
Keyhalt is the checkout a software store sends you to. You pay by card, and the licence key is e-mailed to you the moment the payment clears. There is nothing to sign up for and no account to keep.
Four steps, and only one of them needs anything from you.
You pick the product and the plan and go to the checkout, giving the e-mail address the key should be sent to.
The store sends you to a keyhalt.com address made for that one order. It works for fifteen minutes and can be used once.
You pay in US dollars in Stripe's own card form. Nothing is charged until you press pay, and the charge shows as KEYHALT.
Your licence key is e-mailed as soon as the payment clears, usually within seconds. If a key has to be prepared by hand, the e-mail says so and the key follows.
Nowhere near Keyhalt. The form you type into belongs to Stripe, and that is the whole of the arrangement.

What was bought, what it cost, when, the reference, and the e-mail the key was sent to. From Stripe we learn whether the payment succeeded, plus the card brand and its last four digits. Nothing else.
Keyhalt sets no cookies of its own and runs no tracking. The payment page holds one value in your browser's session storage so a declined card can be retried without opening a second payment; it is gone when you close the tab.
Write to [email protected] about a charge, a key that has not arrived, a link that stopped working, or a refund. We reply within one business day.
That is a software licence bought through a store that takes its card payments here. The key was e-mailed to the address given at checkout. If you cannot place it, write to [email protected] with the date and the amount and we will tell you what it was for.
Check the spam folder first — it is the usual answer. If it is not there, write to [email protected] with the order reference, or the date and amount of the charge, and we will find the order and send the key again.
Payment links last fifteen minutes and work once. That keeps a link that was forwarded, bookmarked or left open in a tab from being paid twice. Go back to the store and start the checkout again — nothing is charged until a payment goes through.
If you were charged twice, never received a key, or received one that does not work and cannot be replaced, yes. A working key you changed your mind about is not refunded, because delivery is immediate and a delivered key cannot be taken back.
The order: what was bought, what it cost, when, the reference, and the e-mail address the key went to. Not your card number — that goes straight to Stripe and never reaches Keyhalt.
Ask the store you bought it from. Keyhalt takes the payment and delivers the key; it does not make the products and cannot answer questions about how they work or what they support.
